mmm... what a yummy story.and if you "zoom" on the first picture you can see the sap drip right out of the tree! Very nice shot.I learned so much on that trip! One thing being how much work is done for a delicious product.

Reminds me, I have some maple syrup sitting in my fridge, waiting for a meal worthy of it. I almost let that slip my mind.
